APPLICATION FORM FOR COMPANIES ADEX structured training program
Application conditions
A front payment must be deposited in the bank account of ALPHA Credit Bank No: 101-00-2002-028171 or a direct cash payment must be made to the accounting department of ADEX. The bank deposit receipt with the name of the depositor must be sent by fax to ADEX offices in order to validate the application.
In case of cancellation, the applicant has the obligation to inform ADEX at least 5 days prior to the commencement of the courses. In the case where there is no warning, ADEX has the right to ask for a compensation of up to 50% of the tuition fees.
ADEX can change the date and time of the courses without any warning.
